How to use it:

• Perfect for raspberry hard candies, lollipops, and gummies
• Wonderful in cakes, cupcakes, macarons, and raspberry-flavoured frostings
• Suitable for chocolates and coatings - typical use is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per 450g
• If it causes thickening in chocolate, add a little liquified coconut oil or cocoa butter to smooth it out
• Works beautifully in truffles, fudges, fondants, and icings
• Great in beverages, cocktails, and berry-flavoured drinks
