Terms of service

 OWNERSHIP OF GOODS:

Risk in any goods supplied by Milly's Merchants Distributors Limited to a customer shall pass when such goods are delivered, or into custody on the customer's behalf, but ownership in such goods is retained by Milly's Merchants Distributors Limited until payment is made for the goods and all other goods supplied by Milly's Merchants Distributors Limited to the customer.

If such goods are sold by the customer prior to payment, then the proceeds of sale shall be the property of Milly's Merchants Distributors Limited.

PAYMENT:

All accounts become due, and are to be paid by the 20th of the month following the date of delivery of the goods. Milly's Merchants Distributors Limited reserves the right to charge the customer all fees, charges, interest, commission, and other costs in settlement and/or recovery of any amount owing to Milly's Merchants Distributors Limited.

DECLARATION:

I authorise Milly's Merchants Distributors Limited and its agents to use and provide information contained in this application and relating to the operation of this account for the purposes of credit evaluation of the applicant. I consent to Milly's Merchants Distributors Limited, it's agents and the above-named referees providing information to any authorised third party for the purposes of evaluating my credit worthiness, pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993.

As a duly authorised person I declare I have read and understood and agree to the above terms and conditions of Trade.
