Delivery Times & Costs

Courier Freight Charges:

Auckland (Orewa to Pokeno) $10.00
North Island $15.00
South Island $20.00

Free Freight for purchases over $750.00

Delivery charges are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, cover packaging, delivery and insurance.

Delivery Address

The delivery address used for the shipment of your order is the exact details supplied with your order. So please ensure the details given to us are correct so the parcel can find you quickly and safely. In some instances, if the address is not correctly labelled, delays or returns may occur.

Standard Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is within 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS* however, if you are within the rural delivery areas the estimate for delivery may incur an additional 5-day lead time.

We use Post Haste Group as our courier.

If you have received your order and it is damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery, by email or phone. We will ask for images of the damage, to start an insurance claim with the courier, to then organise a replacement or credit for any transit breakages.

If you wish to return an item after receiving it, it can be returned at your cost for a credit against your account.
