Warm, spicy, and wonderfully aromatic - LorAnn Cinnamon Oil is one of those super-strength flavours that really packs a punch! Perfect for festive bakes, spiced candies, and cinnamon-spiked chocolates, it brings that rich, authentic cinnamon heat to everything it touches. 1 dram = approximately 1 teaspoon.

How to use it:

• Perfect for cinnamon hard candies, lollipops, and hot candy-style confections
• Wonderful in cakes, cookies, frostings, and spiced baked goods
• Works in chocolates and coatings - typical use is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per 450g
• If it causes thickening in chocolate, add a little liquified coconut oil or cocoa butter to smooth it out
• Great in ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings

Important - please read before use: Cinnamon Oil is highly concentrated and can cause irritation and a burning sensation similar to fresh chili oil. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or mucous membranes. If skin contact occurs, wash immediately with warm soapy water. If eye or mucous membrane contact occurs, flush with cool water and seek medical attention if burning persists. Keep out of reach of children, wipe up spills immediately, do not use with plastic utensils, avoid direct contact with countertops, and avoid rising steam when making hard candy.
